What is HIIT?

High Intensity Interval Training, also known as HIIT.

By combining barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, body-weight, sandbag exercises and more at high intensity intervals, this functional workout class will help you build muscle, lose weight, build endurance, increase your cardio, and put your metabolism to work.
